Yes. Our in-house designers prepare a mock-up for you before anything is produced, and production matches the approved mock-up.

You can ask for as many mock-up revisions as you need.
Ideally a high-resolution file of 300 dpi or above with a transparent background, sent as a zip file in PNG, AI or PSD format. If your design was made in Canva, share the Canva link and we can retrieve the files directly. Other formats such as PDF or JPG can still be used, but they may need extra time and cost.
Please send a higher-resolution version, at least 300 dpi, so the lines print clean and sharp. Edges that look blurry or pixelated when zoomed in will not print well.
Yes. We can redraw and trace your logo from a low-quality file.
Lines should be at least 1 mm wide for silkscreen and 2 mm wide for DTF. Thinner lines may not print clearly, so we will flag them and suggest making them bolder.
We use standard placements. A chest logo sits at our standard left or right chest position. A back print sits about 10 to 15 cm below the collar so it looks balanced when worn. The mock-up is shown flat, so placement can look slightly different from how it appears when worn.
A5 is up to 14 x 20 cm, A4 is up to 20 x 28 cm and A3 is up to 28 x 40 cm. To go bigger, we move the print up to the next size, which adjusts the price. Silkscreen also needs a 2 cm border for the mould.
Colours can vary slightly on different surfaces and materials, and the industry standard is about 90% accuracy. Photos and screens are not reliable for colour, so please send a Pantone code if you have one. If not, we can match it using our colour card.
Yes. Every order gets a free virtual sample, which is a video or photos for your approval before bulk production starts. A physical sample is optional and paid: it is S$20 per design plus S$20 delivery. A physical sample is ready within 7 to 10 working days after artwork confirmation, and this is not part of the main production time.

Printing and customising
Printing methods, fabrics and finishing touches.
For apparel we offer silkscreen, DTF, DTG, sublimation and embroidery. For other items we offer UV printing on hard surfaces, laser engraving on metal and PU, hot-stamping on PU leather, embossing on leather, and silkscreen or pad printing on bags and pens.
For larger quantities we usually recommend silkscreen. It lasts the longest, gives solid and consistent colours on every piece, and is the most cost-effective at volume. DTF suits small quantities and full-colour designs, but it is less long-lasting than silkscreen. Silkscreen is not suitable for gradients, photos or designs with many colours.
DTF is usually the best choice for full-colour designs and gradients. Sublimation also works for all-over full-colour prints on polyester.
Sublimation gives an all-over print and works on polyester only, on light-coloured garments.
Yes. Embroidery gives a premium stitched look and is popular for corporate wear. It supports up to 8 thread colours. It is not suitable for gradients, fine detail or cuffs, and thin lines should be at least 2 mm.
It depends on the printing method. Sublimation is not suitable for dark garments, and DTG on a black shirt needs a white base, which costs more. Tell us your garment colour and we will recommend the right method.
Our CT21 and CT24 cotton shirts use premium 42-count cotton. All our dri-fit shirts are made from recycled plastic bottles, and we also have organic cotton options. Tell us whether you prefer cotton or dri-fit and we will recommend suitable models.
Yes. Our budget range includes CT16E (black and white only), DF01E, HD28E and WB01E, which offer good value for money.
No. Each model is dyed in a separate batch, so the colour may vary slightly between models. We can arrange a sample first if the colour match matters to you.

Printing methods
Silkscreen, DTF or sublimation for company tees?
Silkscreen is usually the best choice for a larger order of company tees, because it lasts the longest and is the most cost-effective at volume. DTF suits small quantities and full-colour designs, and sublimation gives an all-over print on light-coloured polyester.
This guide compares the three methods, shows what each one cannot do, and lists what to prepare before you ask for a quote. Every order starts with a free design and mock-up, and our minimum order is 20 pieces.

Silkscreen: best value when you order more
Silkscreen needs one mould per colour per print location, so fewer colours means a lower price. The mould is a one-time setup, so a larger quantity also lowers the price per piece. Our prices cover the product and the printing, including the silkscreen mould.
For larger quantities we usually recommend silkscreen. It gives solid, consistent colours on every piece and lasts the longest. The trade-off is that it is not suitable for gradients, photos or designs with many colours. Lines in your design should be at least 1 mm wide.
DTF: for small quantities and full-colour logos
DTF is usually the best choice for full-colour designs and gradients, and it suits small quantities. Lines should be at least 2 mm wide. DTF is less long-lasting than silkscreen, so for a large order with a simple logo, silkscreen is usually the better fit.
If you want a name or number on each shirt, DTF is one of the methods that can add them, along with embroidery, sublimation and laser engraving. This costs a small additional charge per piece, and we include it in your quotation when you send us the list.
Sublimation: all-over prints on polyester
Sublimation gives an all-over print and works on polyester only, on light-coloured garments. It is not suitable for dark garments. Because it works on polyester only, it is not an option for a cotton tee.
Two other methods
For apparel we also offer DTG and embroidery.
- DTG: on a black shirt it needs a white base, which costs more.
- Embroidery: a premium stitched look that is popular for corporate wear. It supports up to 8 thread colours and is not suitable for gradients, fine detail or cuffs. Thin lines should be at least 2 mm.
Match the method to your shirt
Garment colour narrows the choice, so tell us yours when you ask and we will recommend the right method.
Fabric matters too. Our CT21 and CT24 cotton shirts use premium 42-count cotton, all our dri-fit shirts are made from recycled plastic bottles, and we also have organic cotton options. As an example, the Siro Comfort Cotton Tee (CT21) is 100% cotton interlock, 210 gsm, in sizes XS to 4XL and 30 colours.
If budget matters most, our budget range includes CT16E (black and white only), DF01E, HD28E and WB01E.
Each shirt model is dyed in a separate batch, so colour may vary slightly between models. We can arrange a sample first if the colour match matters to you.
What to prepare before you ask for a quote
- Quantity, purpose and deadline. The price depends on quantity, printing method and number of colours. Our standard lead time is 2 to 3 weeks after artwork and payment confirmation.
- Your logo file. Ideally 300 dpi or above with a transparent background, sent as a zip file in PNG, AI or PSD format. A Canva link also works. If you only have a low-quality file, we can redraw and trace your logo.
- Print size. A5 is up to 14 x 20 cm, A4 is up to 20 x 28 cm and A3 is up to 28 x 40 cm.
- Brand colour. Send a Pantone code if you have one. If not, we can match it using our colour card.

The simplest way to plan corporate gifts is to decide who receives them, pick one useful item per group, and work back from the date you need them. Our minimum order is 20 pieces and our standard lead time is 2 to 3 weeks after artwork and payment confirmation, so start early.
This guide covers the types of gifts we can put your logo on, how logo methods differ by material, and how to plan quantity, packing and delivery. Every order includes a free design and mock-up.
Step 1: Split the list into groups
Write down who is getting a gift and why. Staff welcome kits, event packs and thank-you gifts for clients are different groups with different needs.
You can add different items to the same order. Since the artwork and delivery are already arranged, adding items such as lanyards or tote bags usually costs less than ordering them separately.
Step 2: Choose a product type
We have 1,185 products across ten categories. Gift-friendly categories include:

Step 3: Check how your logo can be applied
The logo method depends on the material, which affects how it looks and what it costs.

How a free mock-up works before you order
A free mock-up shows your logo on the product before anything is produced. Our in-house designers prepare it, usually on the same working day, you can ask for as many revisions as you need, and production matches the mock-up you approve.
Design and mock-ups are free. Here is the process step by step, what to send, and what a mock-up can and cannot show you.
Step 1: Choose a product and send your logo
Pick a product from our tees, polos or uniforms and workwear, or tell us what you need and we will recommend options. Then send your logo with a rough quantity, what the items are for and when you need them by. Our minimum order is 20 pieces. We reply within 1 working day.
Step 2: Send the right artwork file
Ideally, send a high-resolution file of 300 dpi or above with a transparent background, as a zip file in PNG, AI or PSD format. If your design was made in Canva, share the Canva link and we can retrieve the files directly. Other formats such as PDF or JPG can still be used, but they may need extra time and cost.

Step 5: Check the colours
Colours can vary slightly on different surfaces and materials, and the industry standard is about 90% accuracy. Photos and screens are not reliable for colour, so please send a Pantone code if you have one. If not, we can match it using our colour card. Each shirt model is dyed in a separate batch, so colour may vary slightly between models.
Step 6: See a sample if the details matter
Every order gets a free virtual sample, which is a video or photos for your approval before bulk production starts. A physical sample is optional and paid, and the fee is listed in the FAQ for your country. It is ready within 7 to 10 working days after artwork confirmation, and this is not part of the main production time.

After you approve
You receive an itemised quote with your mock-up. Production matches the approved mock-up, and we check each order against it. Our standard lead time is 2 to 3 weeks after artwork and payment confirmation, and we confirm the date with our production team before promising it. In Singapore we accept bank transfer and PayNow. In Malaysia we accept bank transfer.
Please tell us as soon as possible if you want to change something. Changes are possible before production starts, but some changes may not be possible once production has started. Because all items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. If something is wrong with your order, send us a photo. We will check it against the approved mock-up and get back to you on the same day.

This notice applies to visitors of any age. The website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to give us:
- In the enquiry and mock-up form: your name, organisation or event, and, if you add them, email, phone number, the date you need your order by, where it should be delivered (Singapore, Malaysia or both), notes, your account manager's email, the products and quantities on your shortlist, and a brand colour if you pick one. If you choose a logo file, only its file name is added to the message; you attach the file yourself.
- When you contact us directly by email, WhatsApp or phone: whatever you share, such as artwork, delivery details and order details.
You do not have to give us any personal data. If you do not, we may not be able to prepare a quote or mock-up or reply to you.
The website has no user accounts, no analytics and no advertising or tracking cookies. See Cookies and browser storage for the few preferences it keeps in your browser.

What happens when you use the request form
The form is put together in your browser. Nothing is sent to us by the website itself.
- Send by email opens your email app, or Gmail in a new tab on a computer, with your request filled in. We receive it only when you press send there.
- Copy request copies the text to your device so you can paste it into an email or a WhatsApp message to us.
- To save you retyping, the details you enter are kept on your own device (in your browser) until you press Clear my details or clear your browser data. They are not sent to us by being saved.
Anonymous site statistics
To see which pages and products are useful and where people get stuck, the website counts how it is used. It records, for example: which pages and products are opened; which categories, filters and search words are used (only short search words; anything that looks like an email address, phone number or long text is discarded); which buttons are used, such as shortlist, WhatsApp, email and the mock-up request panel; how far the request panel gets before it is closed (the steps reached and the names of the fields touched, never what you type); your device type (phone, tablet or computer); the country guessed from your browser's time zone; the website you came from (the domain only); and how fast pages load.
These statistics are anonymous. They contain no names, email addresses, phone numbers or anything you type into the request form, no IP address, no browser identification string, and no cookie or permanent identifier. A random code that exists only in the current browser tab, and disappears when you close the tab, lets us count a visit as one visit without knowing who you are. We cannot identify you from these statistics and we do not combine them with any other information about you. Individual records are kept for up to 180 days; after that only totals remain.
The statistics are stored with our database provider, Supabase. As with any website, your IP address reaches the provider's servers when your browser sends the data, but we do not save it with the statistics. We use the statistics only to improve the website, our products and our service, never for advertising.
We do not collect statistics if your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. You can also opt out at any time on the Cookies and browser storage page.
Why we use your details
- to reply to you and answer your questions;
- to prepare quotes, mock-ups and quotations;
- to take, produce, pack, deliver and invoice orders, and keep the records of them;
- to follow the law and to protect our rights where needed.
We will not use your details for a different purpose unless you agree or the law allows it.
Consent and withdrawing it
When you send us a request or contact us, you agree that we may collect, use and disclose the details you give us for the purposes above. This is the consent we rely on, together with any use the law allows without consent.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing briantey@nanyangexpress.org. We will tell you what may follow from withdrawing, for example that we can no longer continue a quote. Withdrawing does not undo what was lawfully done before, and we may need to keep some records to meet legal requirements.
How long we keep it, and how we protect it
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
We take reasonable steps to protect it, such as limiting access to staff who need it. Email and messaging are not completely secure, so please do not send payment card numbers or identity numbers to us that we have not asked for.
Your rights: access, correction and questions
You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, how it has been used or disclosed, and to correct anything that is wrong. Email briantey@nanyangexpress.org with "Data protection" in the subject line and tell us what you need. We will check who you are, then reply as soon as reasonably possible, and tell you if we need more time. Where the law allows we may charge a reasonable fee for an access request, and we will tell you first.

The shortlist and request form keys are created, empty, when you first open the site. Your brand colour and the name of a logo file you pick are kept only while the page is open. They are not stored.
Anonymous site statistics
We count visits anonymously to improve the site. No cookie is used and nothing you type is recorded. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we do not count you at all.

Browsing the site, adding products to a shortlist and sending a request are not an order. Minimum orders and lead times are as published in our FAQ. Your quotation confirms the price, quantities, artwork, delivery and the other details of your order. Payment methods and terms are confirmed in your quotation.

If you send us a logo, design, text or image, you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it and to have us reproduce it on your products. You are responsible for that. We may decline artwork that appears to infringe someone else's rights or that is unlawful.

We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. This statement comes from our own review of the site. It has not been audited by an independent specialist, so some gaps may remain.
What we support
- Keyboard. Pages, menus, the shop, the shortlist and the request form can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a "Skip to content" link.
- Screen readers. Pages use headings, landmarks, labelled controls and spoken status messages for things like the shortlist and form errors.
- Text alternatives. Product photos have a text description. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Reduced motion. If your device asks for reduced motion, we switch off animation and the falling-snow effect.
- Light and dark. The site follows your device's light or dark setting, and the theme button lets you choose.
- Zoom and small screens. Pages are designed to reflow on phones and when text is enlarged.
Known limitations
- Festive music. The Christmas music is optional but it is not off by default: unless you have turned it off before, a short tune starts playing after your first tap, click or key press, up to five times, and a music button turns it off and remembers your choice. Some people will find this disruptive.
- Past orders gallery. The pictures are sample product photos and are labelled "Sample". They are not photos of finished customer orders.
- Catalogue PDFs. The downloadable catalogues may not work fully with screen readers. Ask us and we will send the details another way.
- Product photos and colours. Descriptions of product photos are short, and colour is shown by swatches and names. Ask us if you need the colour or fabric described in words.
- Interactive tools. The colour matcher, shortlist and request form are more complex than other pages. If one does not work for you, contact us and we will take your request by email or WhatsApp instead.
