We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

You may be provided access to third-party tools as part of the Services. We do not monitor, control, or have input into these tools.

Shipping Policy

This policy explains how we handle shipping for orders placed through our online store.

1) Processing Time

• Ready-stock items are typically processed within 7–10 working days.
• Customised products require production time, which varies by item type. Estimated lead times will be shown or shared during ordering.

2) Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on courier performance and location.

• Average estimate: 2–5 working days within Singapore.
• Public holidays and peak seasons may cause delays.

3) Delivery Methods

We may use third-party couriers such as:

• Ninja Van
• UPS
• SF Express
• Other trusted delivery partners

Customers will receive tracking details when available.

4) Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout and may vary based on order size, weight, and delivery location.

5) Failed Deliveries

A delivery may fail due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Recipient unavailable
• Parcel uncollected after courier notification

In such cases, redelivery or return charges may apply.

6) Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos (if applicable).
• We will assist in filing a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or resolution where possible.

7) International Shipping
