About these terms

These terms cover your use of this website, operated by Nanyang Xpress (Singapore UEN 202212556H; Malaysia registration no. 202401026460). By using the website you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

Information on this website

The website is for reference. Product images, colours, specifications and prices shown are indicative. Colours on a screen can differ from the real product, and items and details can change. We take care to keep the site accurate, but we do not promise that it is complete or free of errors.

Quotes and orders

Browsing the site, adding products to a shortlist and sending a request are not an order. Minimum orders and lead times are as published in our FAQ. Your quotation confirms the price, quantities, artwork, delivery and the other details of your order. Payment methods and terms are confirmed in your quotation.

Your artwork

If you send us a logo, design, text or image, you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it and to have us reproduce it on your products. You are responsible for that. We may decline artwork that appears to infringe someone else's rights or that is unlawful.

Our content

The text, design, layout, photos, graphics and logos on this website belong to Nanyang Xpress or are used with permission. You may view and print pages to consider or discuss our services. Please do not copy, republish or sell our content without our written permission. Names, logos and trade marks of other companies belong to their owners.

Using the website

Please use the website lawfully and fairly. Do not try to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, or use automated tools to copy it in bulk.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that results from using, or not being able to use, this website or relying on the information on it, including indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any right you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
