- Send your logo, a rough quantity, what the items are for and your deadline. We reply within 1 working day.
- Our in-house designers prepare a free mock-up, usually ready on the same working day. You can ask for as many revisions as you need.
- Approve the mock-up. Production matches the approved mock-up. We accept bank transfer.
- Allow 2 to 3 weeks after artwork and payment confirmation. We confirm the date with our production team before promising it.
- Each order is delivered to one address, either residential or office, and someone must be present to receive it. Collection from our office is not available.
Which logo method should I choose?
Silkscreen is usually the best choice for larger quantities of a simple logo. DTF suits small quantities and full-colour designs. Embroidery gives a premium stitched look and is popular for corporate wear. Read how to choose between silkscreen, DTF and sublimation.
What file should I send?
Ideally send a file of 300 dpi or above with a transparent background, as a zip file in PNG, AI or PSD format. A Canva link also works. If you only have a low-quality file, we can redraw and trace your logo.
