Shirts for school events and student councils
Nanyang Xpress makes custom shirts for school events, classes and student councils, with a minimum order of 20 pieces and a free design and mock-up. We reply within 1 working day, your mock-up is usually ready on the same working day, and our standard lead time is 2 to 3 weeks after artwork and payment confirmation.
We serve schools, corporates, events and charities. Our sizes range from 4XS to 7XL, depending on the product, and our tees include kids' styles.
What can I order?
- Event and class tees: custom tees for school events, camps and class shirts.
- Student council shirts and polos: polos with the council logo, which can be embroidered for a premium stitched look.
- Extras: caps and hats and tote bags to go with the shirts.
Custom names or numbers can be added on DTF, embroidery, sublimation and laser-engraved items for a small additional charge per piece. Send us the list and we will include it in the quotation.
Which method should I choose?
- Silkscreen: usually best for larger quantities of a simple logo. It lasts the longest and gives solid, consistent colours. Not suitable for gradients, photos or many colours.
- DTF: suits small quantities and full-colour designs.
- Sublimation: all-over prints, on light-coloured polyester only.
- Embroidery: a stitched look that supports up to 8 thread colours.
If your design has many colours or a photo, DTF is usually the best choice. Read how to choose between the methods.
How does an order work?
- Send your logo or design, the number of shirts, sizes if you have them, and the date of your event.
- Our in-house designers prepare a free mock-up, usually ready on the same working day. You can ask for as many revisions as you need.
- Approve the mock-up. Production matches the approved mock-up.
- Allow 2 to 3 weeks after artwork and payment confirmation. Rush orders can often be arranged: tell us your deadline and we will check with production and confirm.
- Each order is delivered to one address, and someone must be present to receive it.
What if my design was made in Canva?
Share the Canva link and we can retrieve the files directly. Otherwise, send a file of 300 dpi or above with a transparent background, as a zip file in PNG, AI or PSD format. If you only have a low-quality file, we can redraw and trace your logo.
