Nanyang Xpress makes staff appreciation gifts with your company logo, with a minimum order of 20 pieces and a free design and mock-up. We reply within 1 working day, your mock-up is usually ready on the same working day, and our standard lead time is 2 to 3 weeks after artwork and payment confirmation.
Pick one useful item per group of staff, such as welcome kits or thank-you gifts, and work back from the date you want people to receive them.
What gift ideas are there by product type?

You can add different items to the same order. Since the artwork and delivery are already arranged, adding items usually costs less than ordering them separately.
Can I put names on the gifts?
Custom names or numbers can be added on DTF, embroidery, sublimation and laser-engraved items for a small additional charge per piece, which suits gifts for named individuals. Send us the list and we will include it in the quotation.
The logo method depends on the material, for example UV printing on hard surfaces, laser engraving on metal and PU, hot-stamping on PU leather and silkscreen or pad printing on bags and pens. Each product page lists the logo options for that item.
How are gifts packed and delivered?
Every piece is packed and sorted by team or location, ready to hand out. We can also add custom labels, hangtags and special packaging, which are quoted separately. Each order is delivered to one address, and someone must be present to receive it.
What does a simple timeline look like?
- Decide your groups and rough quantities.
- Pick a product and confirm the logo method.
- Send your logo, quantity and deadline. We reply within 1 working day.
- Approve the mock-up, usually ready on the same working day.
- Allow 2 to 3 weeks after artwork and payment confirmation, then delivery.
